Arsix Innovation is an aviation training consultancy led by a former Air Force evaluator pilot and current commercial airline pilot. With over 12 years of experience in flight instruction, simulator development, and program leadership, we specialize in helping aviation organizations modernize how pilots are trained.From designing and evaluating large-scale military training systems to advising commercial flight schools and airlines, we combine operational expertise with a deep understanding of instructional design and emerging technology.

About the Founder

Matt Roberts is a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate with over 12 years of experience in military and commercial aviation. He has served as an Air Force Instructor Pilot and Evaluator Pilot at the mobility school house, where he also led innovation efforts for the entire training enterprise.He holds an MBA in Innovation from Auburn University and currently flies for a major U.S. airline. His background blends frontline operational experience, instructional leadership, and a passion for modernizing aviation training across military, commercial, and civilian sectors.
